Rocky Mountain Ballet Theatre offers a one of a kind experience for students with a passion for dance.  Ballet and jazz are taught every day with classes in tap, kickline, RMBT repertoire, salsa, and flamenco offered over the two weeks and the opportunity to perform in Missoula outdoor venues.  Rocky Mountain Ballet Theatre School has been recognized as a premier training facility in the Western US and was featured in the Jan. 2006 edition of Dance Magazine.  Artistic Director Charlene Campbell Carey utilizes a strong ballet criteria with various styles such as jazz, tap, hip-hop, salsa, flamenco, and tango to mold versatile dancers.  Her original choreography has created opportunities for RMBT to travel abroad.  She has taken students and professionals on performing and training tours to Austria, Italy, and Romania.  Representing the state of Montana, RMBT has toured to China twice, and will participate in an exchange with Colombia, SA in 2012.  Past summer intensives have brought Patricia Wilde, Fabrice Herrault, Greg Begley, Kathryn Posin, Terry Fox, John Pennington and Vittorio Luciano to Montana.

Tuition:    $350 per week.  Deposit of $150 due by June 1, 2012—balance due July 15, 2012

Special early registration offer:  Pay your deposit of $150 by April 15 and your tuition will be $300 per week.

Housing:  There are a variety of options for housing, including home stays.  Contact RMBT early to make arrangements.

Additional trips and excursions are separate and not covered by tuition.
