2011 PROGRAM YEAR SPONSORSHIPS
Dedication, performance, confidence, entertainment and education are only a few words that describe the impact of Rocky Mountain Ballet Theatre. Now in our 12th year of production, we offer opportunities for Montana youth to experience exceptional training, performing, touring and traveling with a unique emphasis on international cultural and ambassadorial education.
We currently seek sponsors for our 2011/2012 program year. The following sponsorship levels were created in response to requests from our donors and sponsors and are designed to facilitate the development of students and expand our community tours. Sponsors are critical to the continued success of Rocky Mountain Ballet Theatre. We thank you for your consideration.
Performance Sponsor
The primary purpose is to support RMBT’s annual performance season.
Official program season sponsorship is $2,500 and includes:
- Logo display for the 2011/2012 Season:
- Your logo on e tickets
- One “spotlight” dance selection for the performance of your choice
- 4 VIP Tickets to RMBT concerts
- Recognition in all programs
- Your logo/link on RMBT home page website as a performance sponsors
Development Sponsor
The primary purpose is to support our “When bodies move, minds soar” development workshops, and provide financial aid to qualifying workshop participants. RMBT offers 2 workshops annually. Our Children’s Workshop develops young dancers to build life-long skills through an appreciation of art, literature, music of all cultures. The Advanced Workshops are designed to expand individual technique in a rigorous and mentally challenging workshop environment while building the RMBT foundation of dancers. Guest teachers allow for a variety of teaching styles and include internationally known artists.
Annual development sponsorship is $2,250 and includes:
- Logo display in workshop marketing and promotional materials
- Logo display and recognition for RMBT’s 2011/2012 season
- Three VIP tickets to RMBT’s performance season
- Invitation to workshop performances
- Recognition in all RMBT’s programs and a link on the RMBT web
Community Sponsor
The primary purpose is to support the expansion of community performances and school tours. RMBT tours to 4 Missoula public schools every spring. We are a part of First Night Missoula, and often perform with other arts organizations such as the Missoula Symphony, Mendelssohn Club, Wild Life Film Festival, International Culture Fair and more.
Annual community sponsorship is $2,000 and includes:
- Logo display in related community and school tour marketing and promotional materials
- Recognition at RMBT’s community performances and school tours in 2011/2012
- Recognition in all RMBT’s programs
- Recognition and link on RMBT’s website
Rocky Mountain Ballet Theatre 2011 Sponsorship Agreement

sponsorship for Rocky Mountain Ballet Theatre’s 2011 season. As a sponsor, I understand that I will
receive the applicable sponsorship opportunities described in this packet. I further understand that these opportunities will not be valid until this agreement is signed and initial payment received within 30 days and balance received within 60 days of signature. As a sponsor, I agree to provide digital artwork for all promotional advertising. Please circle your agreed upon sponsor level.
